1. How can I join the Loyalty Program

   No application is required. You are automatically enrolled in our program after your first stay at Polonezköy Country Club.

2. When does my membership tier upgrade

   Tiers are determined based on the total number of stays or the total amount spent within a calendar year. Tier upgrades are automatically updated by the system at the end of each year.

3. How do I earn bonus points

   Bonus points are automatically awarded based on your in-club accommodation and certain service expenses. Earning rates vary depending on your membership level.

4. Where can I use my bonus points

   Bonus points can only be redeemed through direct reservations made on our official website, and must be applied within the booking engine before completing the reservation.

5. Can I use bonus points for food, beverages, or events?

   No. Bonus points are only valid for accommodation services. They cannot be used for food & beverage, events, or third-party services.

 

6. How long are bonus points valid

   No. Membership and bonus points are personal. They are non-transferable and cannot be used by others.​

7. Can someone else use my accumulated points

   Hayır. Üyelik ve puanlar kişiye özeldir. Devredilemez ve başka biri tarafından kullanılamaz.

 

8. Can I use bonus points along with special offers or promotions

   Bonus points cannot be combined with campaigns, promotions, or special day pricing. They can only be used with standard accommodation rates.

 

9. Why could my membership be canceled

   Membership may be suspended or canceled due to misuse, fraud, behavior that violates club rules, or disturbing other guests.
