• Management of Sustainable Development: Sustainability standards are implemented across all our departments, employees receive training, and this topic is continuously developed as a dedicated corporate focus area.
   

• Guest and Stakeholder Engagement: Guests are raised awareness on topics such as waste sorting, energy saving, and biodiversity, supported by on-site information boards and digital content.
   

• Reduction of Carbon Emissions: We aim to reduce direct greenhouse gas emissions by 55% by 2030. To achieve this, we follow an action plan that includes procurement processes, electric transportation, circular economy, waste reduction, development of renewable energy sources, and monitoring our digital footprint.
   

• Food and Waste Management: Food waste is separated, and organic waste is processed in our compost areas. Surplus food is given to animals at designated times.
   

• Protecting Our Natural Heritage: Our goals include protecting drinking water sources, recalling replaceable hazardous products, controlling the final usage stages of products, recycling waste, and supporting local biodiversity projects.
   

• Biodiversity: The facility includes pesticide-free managed flower areas, vegetable gardens cultivated with local seeds, and protected zones for sustainable species (animals, plants, fungi).

   This ambitious program is designed in alignment with Polonezköy Country Club’s commitments under the internationally GSTC-certified National Sustainable Tourism Certificate. The program, developed by Sanlı Tourism in January 2020 and signed by hotel managers in March 2022, complies with the GSTC Sustainable Tourism Certification. Our institution particularly focuses on the following areas:

Energy: Energy-saving measures and the development of renewable energy sources.
