Club Rules – Guest Agreement
The guest is responsible for informing all registered guests on their reservation about these rules.
Reservation and Check-In/Check-Out:
-
Only guests with a reservation are accepted.
-
Day visitors are not allowed in our club.
-
All guests aged 4 and above count towards the total guest capacity.
-
Check-in time is after 14:00, and check-out time is by 12:00.
-
Late check-out requests are subject to availability. A 50% accommodation fee is charged for late check-outs until 17:00, and a full day’s fee is applied for check-outs after 17:00.
Pets:
-
We do not accept pets brought from outside.
This rule is applied to ensure the safety and peace of other animals in the park.
Our park has many freely roaming animals, especially deer and gazelles, which are very delicate and easily startled. In addition, free-roaming dogs in the area may react to foreign animals brought from outside, causing unwanted incidents. Guests who bring pets without permission will be responsible for any injuries or treatment costs arising from such situations.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
-
No refunds will be given in case of "cancellation" or "no-show." In case of early departure, the remaining reservation fee will not be refunded.
Reservation Channels:
-
Our reservations cannot be made through any agency or third-party sales channel other than the official contracted agencies and our web site.
Breakfast, Food, and Beverages:
-
Breakfast service is provided to your room between 09:00 and 11:00.
-
We offer room service with hot appetizers, beverages, and alcoholic drinks.
-
There is no dinner service available. However, there are many delicious restaurant options close to our club. For detailed information and dinner reservations, you can contact the reception.
-
For house (suite) reservations, there are no restrictions on bringing your own food and drinks. The houses are equipped with kitchens, refrigerators, and basic kitchen utensils. You can ask the reception for assistance with cooking equipment.
-
Bringing outside food and drinks is not allowed in Park Room reservations.
-
BBQ service is not provided for Park Room types.
-
Food and drinks are not allowed in the park areas. Please do not take food or drinks into the park or forest areas outside your room and its garden. You may encounter issues with free-roaming animals. Guests will be responsible for any health problems that may arise from this.
Zoo Area Safety Regulation
Our hotel is located within a zoo area, where many free-roaming animals may exhibit heightened sensitivity and aggressive behavior toward food and beverages. According to zoo regulations, it is strictly forbidden to walk with food or drinks outside the balcony of your room. For the safety of both guests and animals, the following rules must be strictly observed:
-
It is prohibited to carry or consume food and beverages in any area—including the park and forest—except for your room's private garden or balcony.
-
Guests who fail to comply with zoo regulations will be escorted out of the area by staff as part of our safety protocol.
-
Guests carrying food in the zoo area or its surroundings may be approached or attacked by animals. In such cases, guests are solely responsible for any resulting health issues. The establishment does not accept liability for any accidents, discomfort, or injuries arising from non-compliance with the rules.
Interaction with Animals:
-
Do not feed bread to deer or horses under any circumstances. Bread is not suitable for their digestive systems and can cause health problems, potentially leading to death.
-
Do not feed the animals in your garden without the presence of animal caretakers.
-
You may join the morning feeding with the animal caretakers in the park at 9:00 AM.
-
Do not allow any animals into your room. If you leave your door open, squirrels, peacocks, roosters, chickens, and even sometimes deer may enter your room. Guests will be responsible for any issues arising from this.
-
Many animals roam freely in the park and forest. Guests who are uncomfortable with direct contact with animals are kindly asked to consider this.
-
Keep your distance from free-roaming animals and do not approach them with food or drinks. Guests will be held responsible for any discomfort or injuries caused by failure to comply.
-
Please avoid frightening, disturbing, or chasing the animals. Reservations of guests who violate this rule will be canceled without a refund.
Smoking Policy:
-
If you smoke, please do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground or soil under any circumstances. Otherwise, our staff will warn you, and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Cigarette butts can cause fire hazards in forested areas and may pose a life-threatening risk if animals accidentally ingest them.
Waste Policy:
At our facility, we separate our waste and avoid mixed trash disposal. You can support this practice, which we carry out for the environment and future generations.
-
In Standard Rooms: We provide two separate bins for waste separation:
-
Recyclable Waste (Paper, Metal, Cardboard, Plastic, Glass, etc.) and
-
Household Waste (Used napkins, etc.).
-
In Houses and Suites: Waste is separated into four categories:
-
Glass Waste,
-
Packaging Waste(Mixed paper, cardboard, metal, plastic),
-
Organic Waste (All kinds of kitchen food waste and biodegradable materials),
-
Household (Non-recyclable) Waste (Used napkins, etc.).
The guest is responsible for informing all guests registered under their reservation of these rules.
