1. How can I make a reservation at Polonezköy Country Club?

You can make your reservations through our website or through our contracted agencies. Reservations are not accepted outside of third party sales channels.


2. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time starts at 14:00. Check-out must be at 12:00 at the latest. Late check-out requests are evaluated based on availability and additional charges may apply.


3. Can I come for a day visit?

We only provide accommodation services, there is no daily entry to our hotel. For information and questions about daily zoo visits, you should contact www.polonezkoyzoo.com .


4. Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets from outside. There are many animals roaming freely in our park and this rule is applied for their safety and peace.


5. How are breakfast and other meal services offered?

Breakfast is served to your rooms between 09:00-11:00. Hot snacks, drinks and alcoholic beverages are available as room service. We do not provide dinner service. There are many delicious restaurant alternatives close to our club. You can get support from the reception for detailed information and dinner reservations.


6. What is the waste separation policy?

We separate our waste to protect the environment. We have made the necessary arrangements for you to separate your waste in two separate containers in standard rooms and in four separate categories in houses and suites. You can get information from our team at check-in for details.


7. What animals might I encounter in the park?

You can encounter free-roaming deers, gazelles, peacocks, chickens, squirrels and many other animals in our park. We kindly ask you to be careful when interacting with the animals and not to give them food.


8. What is the cancellation and no-show policy?

In case of cancellation or no-show, no refund will be made. In case of early departure, the remaining reservation fee will not be refunded.


9. What facilities are available?

Our rooms include free Wi-Fi, kitchen equipment (in houses and suites), basic toiletries and large gardens where you can enjoy nature.


10. In what languages is the service provided?

Our facility provides services in Turkish and English.
