Club Rules - Guest Agreement
The guest is responsible for informing all guests registered on his/her reservation about these rules.
Reservations and Check-In/Out:
- Only guests with confirmed reservations are accepted.
- Day visitors are not admitted to our club.
- All guests aged 4 and above are included in the total guest capacity.
- Check-in time is after 14:00, and check-out time is by 12:00.
- Late check-out requests are subject to availability. A 50% accommodation fee applies for check-outs by 17:00; after 17:00, a full-day fee is charged.
Pets:
- We do not accept pets from outside.
This rule is enforced for the safety and wellbeing of other animals in our park.
Many animals roam freely in our park, including particularly sensitive and timid deer and gazelles. Additionally, our resident dogs may react to unfamiliar animals brought in from outside, leading to unwanted incidents. Guests will be held responsible for any injuries or treatments resulting from unauthorized pet entry.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
- No refunds are issued in the case of cancellations or no-shows. In early check-outs, the remaining reservation amount is non-refundable.
Reservation Channels:
- Reservations can only be made through our official partners. We do not accept bookings via unauthorized agencies or third-party platforms.
Breakfast, Food & Beverage:
- Breakfast is served to your room between 09:00 and 11:00.
- Room service offers hot snacks, beverages, and alcoholic drinks.
- We do not serve dinner. However, there are many excellent restaurant options nearby. Please contact reception for details and assistance with dinner reservations.
- For house (suite) reservations, there are no restrictions on bringing your own food and drinks. Houses include a kitchen, refrigerator, and basic kitchenware. Additional cooking equipment can be provided upon request at reception.
- For Park Room reservations, bringing in outside food or drinks is not allowed.
- BBQ service is not available for Park Room types.
- Do not carry food or drinks into park areas. Outside of your room and private garden, bringing consumables into park or forest zones may result in issues with free-roaming animals. Guests are responsible for any health-related issues that may arise otherwise.
Animal Interaction:
- Do not feed deer or horses with bread. Bread is harmful to their digestive systems and can be fatal.
- Do not feed animals in your garden without the presence of caretakers.
- You may join the morning feeding session with animal caretakers at 09:00 in the park.
- Do not bring any animal into your room. If you leave your door open, squirrels, peacocks, roosters, chickens — and even deer — may enter. Guests are fully responsible for any resulting incidents.
- Many animals roam freely in the park and forest. Guests uncomfortable with animal encounters should consider this beforehand.
- Keep a respectful distance from free-roaming animals and do not approach them with food or drinks. Any distress or injuries that may occur are the guest’s responsibility.
- Avoid scaring, chasing, or disturbing animals. Guests who fail to follow this rule will have their reservation cancelled without refund.
Zoo Area Safety Policy:
Our hotel is located within the zoo area, where many animals roam freely and may react aggressively to food and drink. According to zoo regulations, walking with food or beverages is strictly prohibited outside of your room balcony. For the safety of both guests and animals, the following rules must be strictly observed:
- Do not walk with food or drinks in any area outside your garden or balcony — this includes parks and forests.
- Guests who violate zoo rules will be escorted out by staff as a safety measure.
- Guests carrying food near animals may be subject to attacks. In such cases, all responsibility for potential injuries or health issues lies with the guest. The establishment bears no liability for any incidents resulting from failure to comply with these rules.
Smoking Policy:
- If you smoke, never dispose of cigarette butts on the ground or in soil. Violations will result in a warning and non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. Discarded cigarette butts pose a fire risk in forest areas and can be fatal if accidentally swallowed by animals.
Waste Policy:
We separate waste at our facility and avoid mixed waste disposal. You are invited to support this environmentally responsible practice for the sake of future generations.
- In Standard Rooms: Two bins are provided:
1. Recyclables (paper, metal, cardboard, plastic, glass, etc.)
2. Domestic Waste (e.g., used napkins)
- In Houses and Suites: Waste is categorized into four bins:
1. Glass Waste
2. Packaging Waste (mixed paper, cardboard, metal, plastic)
3. Organic Waste (food scraps, biodegradable waste)
4. Domestic (Non-Recyclable) Waste (e.g., used napkins)
It is the guest’s responsibility to inform all accompanying individuals of these rules.
