 We guarantee the best rate through our website and mobile application.


Best Rate Guarantee


The Best Rate Guarantee only applies to room bookings confirmed with a reservation number made directly through our official website: pcountryclub.com.

For multi-night stays at Polonezköy Country Club (excluding cases where a minimum stay is required), the Best Rate Guarantee only applies to the nightly rate and does not cover the entire stay.

If, within twelve (12) hours of making your booking, you find a lower rate in euros for the same stay (same dates, hotel, room type, number of guests, booking conditions, advance payment, deposit, reservation fees, and excluding tourism tax and other charges) on another platform, we commit to refunding the difference.


Exclusions


This guarantee does not apply to the following types of bookings:

  • Package deals (where services are included in the room rate);
  • Offers and/or benefits exclusively designed for Polonezköy Country Club members;
  • Reservation platforms that only reveal the hotel's name after payment is completed;
  • Rates discounted due to other platforms’ loyalty or reward programs;
  • Rates that are exclusive to certain platforms due to commercial agreements with our hotel;
  • Promotional, special, or members-only offers via flash sale or deal sites (e.g., ETS, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Agoda, etc.);
  • Rates applied to partners or their clients, such as distributors, groups, companies, or event organizers (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Virtuoso, etc.);
  • Time-limited, promotional offers that provide additional discounts or benefits after booking (e.g., promo codes or advantages requiring newsletter subscription, loyalty programs, etc.);
  • Any third-party sellers (websites, apps, agents, etc.) who are not official distributors of Polonezköy Country Club;
  • Rates reduced due to credit notes or holiday vouchers.


Submitting a Best Rate Guarantee Claim


Claims under the Best Rate Guarantee must be submitted via email to:
otel@pcountryclub.com

Your email must include all of the following information. Otherwise, your claim will not be valid:

  • Reservation number
  • Date, time, and location of your booking
  • Name of the booking platform, contact method, and full URL
  • Name of the person who made the reservation
  • Booking conditions: number of guests, dates, hotel, package, etc.
  • Written confirmation from the booking platform showing the rate and related terms
  • Proof of payment

Our Customer Service department is committed to responding to your claim within 48 (forty-eight) hours.

If the conditions are not met, you will receive an email stating that the Best Rate Guarantee cannot be applied.

If your claim meets all the conditions, our Customer Service team will send you a confirmation email including your new rate for the stay.


Refunds Under The Best Rate Guarantee


Once your claim has been approved and confirmed by our Customer Service team, the price difference will be reflected on your final hotel invoice.




Limitations

It is your responsibility to cancel the booking made on another platform and to cover any applicable cancellation fees.
