Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

   This page outlines the fundamental rules and terms of use applicable to all members participating in the Polonezköy Country Club Loyalty Program. To benefit from the program, members must accept and comply with the specified conditions.

1. Membership Start

  • Loyalty Program membership begins automatically with your second stay at Polonezköy Country Club, provided that your email address is registered.

  • Benefits become valid starting from your third stay.

  • Membership is personal; it cannot be transferred or shared.

 

2. Membership Tiers and Upgrade Criteria

​

  • The Loyalty Program consists of three membership tiers: Green Member, Earth Member, and Club Member.

  • Your membership tier is determined based on the total number of stays or the total amount spent within a calendar year.

  • Tier upgrades are processed automatically by the system at the end of each year.

  • Polonezköy Country Club reserves the right to modify tier criteria without prior notice.

3. Bonus Point Earning and Redemption

​

  • Bonus points are earned only through eligible in-club expenditures.

  • 1 Bonus Point = 1 TRY

  • Points can be redeemed only via direct reservations made through our official website, and must be applied before completing the online reservation process.

  • Bonuses are valid only toward accommodation charges and cannot be used for food & beverage, events, or external services.

  • Bonus points cannot be combined with promotional, discounted, or special day pricing.

4. Bonus Point Validity

​

  • Earned points remain valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

  • Expired points are automatically removed from the system.

​

5. Membership Benefits

​

  • Each membership tier offers exclusive benefits.

  • The latest list of benefits is published on our website.

  • Polonezköy Country Club reserves the right to make changes to benefits and their conditions without prior notice.

6. Suspension or Termination of Membership

​

  • Membership may be suspended or terminated in cases of misuse, fraud, violation of Polonezköy Country Club rules, or disturbing other guests.

  • Bonus points accumulated under suspended or terminated memberships will be deemed invalid.

7. Other Provisions

​

  • The Loyalty Program is managed by Polonezköy Country Club, and all rights are reserved.

  • Any updates to the terms will be published at www.polonezkoycountryclub.com and considered effective as of the publication date.
