1. How can I become a member of the Loyalty Program?

There is no application required for membership. You will automatically be included in our program when you complete your first stay at Polonezköy Country Club.

2. When will my membership level increase?

Membership levels are determined by the total number of stays or spending amounts during the calendar year. Level transitions are automatically updated by the system at the end of each year.

3. How do I earn my bonus points?

Bonuses are automatically defined by the system based on your in-club accommodation and certain service expenses. Earning rates depend on your membership level.

4. Where can I use my bonus points?

Bonus points can only be used as a discount on the accommodation price when booking directly through our website or by phone.

5. Are bonuses valid on food, beverages or events?

No. Bonuses can only be used on accommodation services. They are not valid on food and beverage, events or external services.

6. How long are bonus points valid for?

Each earned point is valid for 3 years from the relevant date. Expired points are automatically deleted.

7. Can someone else use my accumulated points?

No. Membership and points are personal. They are not transferable and cannot be used by anyone else.

8. Can I use bonuses together with campaigns?

Bonus points cannot be combined with promotional or special day rates. They can only be used with standard accommodation rates.

9. Why might my membership be cancelled?

In cases of abuse, fraud, behavior against club rules or harassment of other guests, your membership may be suspended or cancelled.
