1. How can I make a reservation at Polonezköy Country Club?

  • You can make your reservations through our website or via our authorized agents. Reservations are not accepted through third-party sales channels.
     

2. What are the check-in and check-out times?

  • Check-in starts from 2:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Can I come for a day visit?

  • We only provide accommodation services, there is no daily entry to our hotel. For information and questions about daily zoo visits, you should contact www.polonezkoyzoo.com .

4. Can I bring my pet?

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept pets from outside. This rule is implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of the many free-roaming animals in our park.
     

5. How are breakfast and other meal services provided?

  • Breakfast is served to your rooms between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Our restaurant is closed outside of breakfast hours, but there are many delicious restaurants nearby. You can get information and make dinner reservations at the reception.
     

6. What is your waste segregation policy?

  • We segregate our waste to protect the environment. In standard rooms, we have provided two separate bins for waste segregation, and in houses and suites, waste is separated into four categories. For details, you can get information from our team during entry.
     

7. What animals might I encounter in the park?

  • In our park, you may encounter free-roaming deer, fawns, peacocks, chickens, squirrels, and many other animals. We kindly ask you to be cautious when interacting with animals and not to feed them.
     

8. What is the cancellation and no-show policy?

  • No refunds are given in case of cancellations or no-shows. The remaining reservation amount is also non-refundable in cases of early departure.
     

9. What amenities are available?

  • Our rooms offer free Wi-Fi, kitchen equipment (in houses and suites), basic bathroom amenities, and spacious gardens where you can enjoy nature.
     

10. In which languages do you provide service?

  • Our facility offers services in both Turkish and English.
